Price and Insurance
My rate for a 50 minute counseling or coaching session is $180. I do not bill insurance. If you would like to use your insurance benefits for counseling, I will provide the needed paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Enneagram coaching is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. For professional Enneagram training, please get in touch with me. The price of my trainings varies depending on your needs.
How will we meet?
We will meet face-to-face through live video. All of my counseling and coaching sessions are online.
You can use your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
If you are doing therapy, you must be physically located in the state of North Carolina when you do sessions.
Enneagram coaching: You can join online from anywhere in the world.
Enneagram training: I will come to you. My Enneagram trainings are in person only.
How often will we meet?
Generally, I like to see my clients weekly or every other week when we first start. This helps create momentum and helps you sink into your process faster. My clients who invest in weekly or biweekly sessions tend to get more out of their process faster. Once you feel like you have a grasp on the work you need to do and are more confident in your ability to carry it out, we’ll slow down the pace and see each other less. That being said, growth is not on a timeline, and it’s important that you decide what frequency and pace work best for you. We can talk more about what would serve you best when you schedule a phone consultation.
